Welcome.
I am a research engineer at the Vision and Image Sciences Laboratory at the Technion’s Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
A mathematician by training holding a PhD, with thesis in Low Dimensional Topology.
My research interests lay in the border between pure and applied Mathematics, focusing on topology & geometry, and their applications to information theory, signal and image processing, computer vision, and machine learning.
In addition, I hold a teaching position at the Gordon College of Education and conduct active research in Mathematics Education.
